Fresh Strawberry milk is made with fresh chunks of strawberries & homemade strawberry puree syrup.
When you have fresh strawberries on hand, make this drink and it becomes your all time go to drink, as it personally tastes much better than smoothie or milkshake as all the ingredients are blended and it’s loses all the flavors and textures of the fruit.
This homemade fresh strawberry milk is the better version of the store bought flavored strawberry milk. You got to try it, it is simple, quick, healthy and made with fresh strawberries. This is made with a strawberry puree and small cut pieces of fresh strawberries for the freshness of the strawberry flavor and also for the texture. You can add any kind of milk, non-dairy works too. This kind of milk is made mostly in asian countries. This milk is entirely prepared with the fresh ingredients and not any artificial or processed food is used.
To all the parents out there, make this for your kids. I promise your kids will LOVE this.

When we were kids, we had only few options in flavors of milkshakes and ice creams. Now a days, there are tons of flavors for everyone to choose. I am not a big fan of chocolate, so I had always opted for Strawberry or Mango flavors back then. So now I just wanted to prepare something similar to childhood strawberry milk but with fresh ingredients and a little different version of the milkshake and it turned out so flavorfully tasty. Seriously, this is the best kind of strawberry milk I ever had. It is so delicious and refreshing that you won’t be able to look at other types of strawberry milk the same way anymore!
Sip Strawberry Milk
This quick, delicious and easy recipe is made of fresh strawberries, milk and sugar. This makes the most flavorful strawberry milk in just a few minutes. Enjoy this delicious drink at your home itself with this simple and delightful recipe!
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 8mins Cook Time: 2mins Total Time: 10mins
Course: Drink, Dessert
Cuisine: Asian

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups (10-15) fresh strawberries- stems removed
¼ cup sugar - use less if you prefer your drinks less sweet
¾ cup fresh strawberries - cut into small pieces
2 cups any milk of choice (for non-dairy coconut milk is recommend, you can use others too)
Instructions:

Put 1¼ cups of strawberries in a masher (or food processor, or blender) and mash it or blend it.
Next take a small saucepan or pot and add the mashed or blended strawberry puree in it along with sugar, few cut strawberry pieces and heat it until it comes to a boil for 1 minute, do not cook too much.(It needs to have Syrup Consistency). Turn off the heat and keep it aside to cool or chill in the refrigerator.
Finally take the glasses and add half of the cooled strawberry puree in it. Add the remaining half of the small cut strawberry pieces into each glass equally. Swirl it little to make a pattern inside the glass. After that pour the choice of your milk into each glass and serve it immediately. Enjoy and sip on it!
NOTES:
The strawberry puree (cooked) can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Instead of sugar you can use 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (maple syrup, honey). Using this eliminates any cooking process, as there is no need to melt the sugar into the puree.
Be sure to chill the strawberry syrup in the refrigerator. It will make the milk tastier. Also, while it’s chilling.
